Nestled on 60 acres in Alamance County, North Carolina, Liberty Acres Animal Haven provides a peaceful refuge for all animals in our care. Through rescue, conservation, and education, we inspire love and respect for all living beings—today and for future generations.

Liberty Acres is currently home to 17 Rescue Horses and Donkeys. All came from Animal Control, Kill Pens, or Owner Surrenders. We also have many other rescues here at Liberty Acres and are licensed for small animal and fawn rehabilitation by the state of North Carolina and licensed by USDA.
All donations are greatly appreciated, but not expected!
